How To Make Crepe Paper Flowers

Crepe paper brings out endless variations in paper flowers. The use of crepe paper in making flowers is an age old concept but the passage of time has brought along innovative ideas and types of crepe paper flowers.

Light and stretchy crepe paper is the most easily molded paper and can be transformed into various different types of paper flowers. Two types of crepe papers are used for making flowers. One is single crepe paper that is too light for making flowers and the other is double crepe paper or duplex paper, ideal for making heavy weight paper flowers with myriad tones. These artificial flowers look unbelievably real and are ideal for craft purpose for those who love flowers. Crepe paper usually bleeds when wet so while molding them into beautiful flowers, one needs to completely dry his or her hands.
